3 eggs
3/4 c sugar
1 c flour
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tbsp. boiling water
1 tsp baking soda

Raspberry or strawberry jam
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well
Add sugar and mix well
Add flour cream of tartar and soda
Mix well
Place in jelly roll tin or lined cookie sheet
Bake at 350 for 10 min
Cool 2-3 minutes
Turn out on icing sugar covered linen towel
Cover with raspberry or strawberry jam
Roll while still warm
Place seam side down
cool
Slice to serve
