1 lb sweet sausage - pulled out of casing
1 lb hot sausage - pulled out of casing
32 oz chick peas
1 lb fresh mushrooms
1 onion
12 oz tomato paste
8 cups water

Directions:

Place all ingredients into a large pot and cook for a few hours until the house smells lovely!

Serve topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheese, and Italian bread for dipping.
