6 cups broth (chicken or vegetable)
6 oz tomato paste 1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
4 cups cabbage
1 cup green beans 1 cup carrots
1 medium onion
1 cup zucchini
1 cup mushrooms
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper

Directions:

Chop up all veggies to bite sized pieces.

In large pot saute garlic and onion in some butter until translucent.

Throw remaining ingredients into pot and let simmer for 10-15 min.
