Personal Notes:
This is a very simple, very good sauce made and used by my Grandmother Ballew. She was cooking barbecue chicken one time when I was there and the sauce smelled so good that I asked her for the recipe. Of course she had no written recipe and just proceeded to tell me with her pinch of this and tad of that like most of her good recipes. The above recipe is my interpretation and with a little more prodding from me to be more precise to get her pinches and tads into a more precise measurement. I sure do miss her good cooking!
