1 cup flour (2 cups)
3/4 cup sugar (1 1/2 cups)
2 T. cocoa (4 T.)
2 tsp. baking powder (4 tsp.)
1/2 tsp. salt (1 tsp.)
1/2 cup milk (1 cup)
2 T. oil (4 T.)
1 tsp. vanilla (2 tsp.)
Topping:
3/4 cup brown sugar (1 1/2 cups)
1/4 cup cocoa (1/2 cup)
1 3/4 cup boiling water (3 1/2 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first list of ingredients together until smooth.
Pour into greased 8x8 (10x13) pan.
Add Topping:
Mix together brown sugar and cocoa. Sprinkle over batter.
Pour hot water over entire batter.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
