30oz bag tater tots
6oz diced Canadian bacon
2 onions chopped
2c shredded cheddar
1/4c Parmesan cheese
12 eggs
1c milk
4Tbsp flour
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
in greased crock pot layers 1/2 tots, Canadian bacon, onions & cheese, repeat layers 2x ending with cheese

whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over ingredients in crock pot

cover & cook on low 6-8 hours
