Ingredients:  
2 cups Fresh Cranberries, chopped finely
1/2 cup Sugar

1 3oz package Lemon Jello
2 cups Water

1/2 cup Celery, chopped
1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup Apple, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cranberries and combine with the sugar. Let sit for 1 hour, to form juice.
Dissolve Lemon jello with boiling water and cool.
When jello mixture is cooled but not set up add cranberries/sugar mixture, celery, nuts and apple.
Chill until ready to use.
