Pancake mix like Bisquick or Krusteaz
Syrup
Butter
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pancake mix as directed on packaging.
Drop spoonfuls of pancake mix onto a griddle to cook.
Make the spoonfuls the size of a silver dollar.
When warm, cover with butter and warm syrup.
Serve dollar pancakes as an item on the breakfast platter.
