1/2 tbsp. Tabasco Sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp chili powder
salt & pepper to taste
4 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1/4 tsp onion salt
1 1/4 cup water
1 tbsp. brown sugar & dash of red pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil and pour over chops as specified below.

Place pork chops in roaster. Put 1 thin slice of onion on each chop. Salt & pepper. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes. Pour off excess fat. Cover with sauce and bake until tender.
