1 cup sugar
1/2 cup + 2 T crisco
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chopped nuts
3 medium ripe bananas
1/2 tsp soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Crisco with sugar, add eggs. Pinch small bits of banana into mixture and mix. Set aside. Mix together flour, soda, salt and baking powder. Add small amount of flour mixture to banana mixture and mix after each addition. Stir in nuts, pour into greased floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 for about a hour.
