15 oz. ricotta cheese
3-8 oz. packages cream cheese
1 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
6 T. Flour
1 T. Vanilla
6 large eggs
1 T. Lemon juice
1 pint sour cream
All ingredients at room temp.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl cream ricotta and cream cheese. Mix in the sugar and flour. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Fold in sour cream.
Pour mixture onto greased and floured 10 inch spring form pan. Preheat oven to 350º.
Bake for one hour. Do not open oven door while baking. Turn off oven and leave cake in oven until it collapses. Remove from oven and transfer to refrigerator. Cover on plastic wrap and age for two days.
