3/4 C. Sugar
2 tbsp. Flour
2 tbsp. Cornstarch
1/2 tsp. Salt
3 C. Milk
2 Beaten Egg yolks
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together sugar, flour, cornstarch and salt. Add 3 cups milk. Cook and stir until mixture reaches a boiling point. Cook until thickened. Add a small amount of hot mixture to beaten egg yolks. Add egg yolk mixture back to hot mixture. Cook until just boiling. Remove from heat, add vanilla.
Cover with clear plastic and refrigerate at least 24 hours. Use to fill cream puffs, napoleons, and éclairs.
