3/4 Cup of Butter
2 Cups of Packed Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup of Coconut
2 Cups of Flour
3 Cups of Oatmeal
1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
Dash of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the above together. Shape into small balls and flatten slightly. Dip top side into sugar. Place in a oven on 350 degrees for 6 minutes.
