2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together eggs, pumpkin and peanut butter until smooth. Mix in dry ingredients. Dough should be stiff and dry. Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into desired shapes. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes, turn over and bake another 20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container.
