2/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp thinly sliced green onion (onion)
1 tbsp snipped fresh sage or 1/2 tsp ground sage
1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
1 tsp fennel seeds, crushed

Pour all ingredients into a gallon zip-lock bag, mixed well, add 1 to 2 pounds of chicken breasts. seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 4 hours. Drain chicken and discard marinate.
