5 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. canola oil
2 c. flour
5 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
2 T. sugar

Directions:
Separate eggs. Beat yolks until light yellow. Add milk and oil. Mix. Add flour, powder, salt and sugar. Mix. Beat egg whites until stiff (about 5 minutes). Fold gently into batter.
