8 c. riced potatoes (lightly packed)
1/3 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tsp. salt
4 c. flour

Directions:
Cook and rice potatoes the night before. Refrigerate. In morning let them warm to room temp and rice again and measure-lightly packing in measure cup. Add butter, mix, then add cream and salt. Chill until cold. Mix in flour and roll into golf ball sized portions, place on a cookie sheet and place in fridge. While you are rolling only take 2 balls out at a time so you are rolling chilled dough. Follow Grandma Olive's method.

Personal Notes:
Wish I could roll them as thin as Grandma Olive but they are still acceptable.
