1 12/16oz pkg pasta, bow tie or egg noodles
1/2 lb Ham, chopped
4 Eggs
3 or 4 oz Emmentaler shredded
3/4 C Milk
1/4 C Sour Cream
Salt & Pepper
Breadcrumbs

Directions:

Cook pasta

Spray large casserole than coat with breadcrumbs

Beat eggs with milk and sour cream by hand
Mix with pasta, ham and cheese

Put in casserole,
Bake 350 for 45 min.

This is my version,
I think Mom just used milk/eggs and Parmesan for cheese with the ham and she used bowties
-some add tomatoes
-you can add more milk/sour cream to make it more moist
I like to eat it with Salsa
