2/3 c. cocoa
3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in a heavy pan; cocoa, sugar, and salt. Add milk gradually. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Lower heat and boil without stirring until candy thermometer reaches 234° or until small soft ball forms when dropped into water and flattens when removed from water. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. DO NOT STIR. Let cool (do not mix while cooling) until mixture reaches 110°. Mix fudge until it loses its' glossy look. Put into 8 inch buttered pan. Cut once cool.
