2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups flour
3/4 Hershey's cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350.
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla.
Beat for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water. (Batter will be thin.) Pour into greased pans. (Two 9 inch rounds or one 9 x 13) Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans an place on racks to cool completely.

***I always use No Name brand cocoa--I think I like it better.
