8X8 IN. PAN:
1 can pie filling
1 T. grated lemon peel
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. soft butter
3 T. boiling water
cinnamon
sugar

9X13 IN. PAN:
3 cans pie filling
3 T. grated lemon peel
3 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. soft butter
6 T. boiling water
cinnamon
sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pour pie filling into Pam sprayed pan. Put lemon peel, Bisquick and butter into a mixing bowl and mix slightly. Add water and stir vigorously with fork until nice soft ball forms. It will be puffy and soft. Drop by spoonfuls or balls on top of pie filling. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 25 to 30 min.
