3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 butter or margarine, melted
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1 9 inch pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, sugar, butter or margarine, lemon juice, and vanilla. Stir in coconut. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted just off center comes out clean. Let cool.
