1 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. cocoa with 1/4 c. oil

3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

2/3 c. sour cream
1 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Beat margarine, add sugar, eggs, then add cocoa/oil mixture. Stir in flour, soda and powder mixture. Stir in sour cream and raisins. Place by heaping teaspoons, eight per medium cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
