hard boiled eggs
radishes
green onions
carrots
mayonnaise
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil eggs and cool in cold water. Refrigerate for a few hours. Cut potatoes in half and bring to a boil on stove until soft. Drain potatoes and refrigerate for a few hours until cool. Cut potatoes and eggs into bite-sized pieces at a ratio of 2:1, potatoe:egg. Add in radishes, green onions and carrots to taste and for colour. Add in mayonnaise a couple of tablespoons at a time to avoid adding to much. Add and mix to taste. Sprinkle with pepper. Add salt just before serving as salt will cause salad to go runny.
