2 cups flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients with butter until butter is all worked into flour. Then add milk and mix lightly. Roll dough out on a floured board. Cut out circles or fill muffin tins 1/2 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
