1 c. Dry red wine
3/4 c. Soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. Fresh mint
2 tsp. Fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tsp. Black pepper
One lamb roast deboned and butterflied

Directions:
Directions:
Mix marinate together
Add meat
Marinate for 6 hours, turning frequently
Cook on barbecue grill for 45 minutes
Baste while on grill
Boil leftover juice and strain
Serve with mint jelly
