1 8 oz cream cheese
2 1/4 cups flour
2 sticks (16 tbsp) butter

2 tbsp metled butter
5 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans
1 bow light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Give the pecans a whirl in the food processor.
2. Make a dough with first three ingredients in the food processor.
3. Roll dough into marble sized balls and chill.
4. Mix the next set of ingredients in a bowl.
4. Form dough in mini tart pans.
5. Fill 3/4 full.
6. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees F.

1. If baking only tart shells, weight it down with kidney beans and bake 350 degrees for 25 mins.
