Ingredients: 1 large chicken breast, or turkey breast, baked and cooled 3-4 cups mayonnaise 1 jar sliced pineapple 1 small jar gherkin sweet pickles 1 head of celery Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:To do this recipe you must have a meat grinder.
Put the meat grinding attachment on it you Kitchen Aide Mixer and grind the chicken/turkey in a large bowl
Grind the well drained pineapple next
Grind one washed, cleaned and deveined head of celery
Grind in the jar of little gherkins pickles
when all ingredients are grinded, add mayonnaise, till creamy and smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place in fridge for an hour
Serve on toasted bread, slathered in Blue Plate Mayo with Grannys chip dip and a Pepsi.............a tradition |

Notes: Granny never really had receipes. She 'eyed' her measurements, and in turn I do the same. So this is not an exact measurement. So add salt and pepper slowly until desired taste is reached.
