1 cup sour cream 1 (15 oz) can sweetened condensed milk 2 cups milk 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Combine sour cream, sweetened condensed milk, and milk, Freeze in a 2 quart ice cream freezer, Using 6 parts ice to 1 part salt, until partially frozen. Add pineapple, freeze firm. Remove dasher. Cover. Pack in ice and salt. Allow to ripen 1 hour.
