4 Celery ribs
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
32 oz Chicken Broth
1lb ground beef
1lb ground pork
2 bags of Brownberry Sage &Onion Stuffing
12 tbl butter
1 1/2 cups water as needed

Set oven at 425
Take onions and celery and finely chop
and put in bowl
melt butter in 12-inch skillet pan and cook the ground beef and ground pork.
drain oil and put in bowl and set aside.
take the onions and celery and some butter and put in same skillet and cook till soft.
add the cooked ground beef and pork.
add salt and pepper and poultry seasoning.
cook together for a few min.
Take 2 cups of broth to the now - empty skillet and cook over high heat, scraping up any browned bits, until reduced to one cup. 6-8 min. Combine remaining four cups of broth and reduced broth with vegetables and meat mixture. heat till hot.
pull off burner.
take a very large bowl and put the stuffing in it. Add the mixture and mix well till fluffy.
Let sit for 10 minutes.
Put in turkey and a glass baking pan.
you will have enough for a 16lb turkey and a glass baking dish for extra. Make sure you stuff cavity and neck.
cook turkey.
(the dish can be baked for 35-45 minutes on upper to middle rack.Cook until golden brown and crisp. Let cool for 15 minutes . )
