Ingredients:  
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. instant rolled oats

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt the butter over medium heat in large pot and add cocoa.
2.Add the sugar and stir.
3. Add milk and boil for three minutes until sugar is all dissolved.
4. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Add the rolled oats.
5. Stir until well combined. Drop by tablespoon onto waxed paper on a cookie sheet.
6. Refrigerate and enjoy.
