1 cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 jumbo eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
1-8 ounce Hershey bar grated
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars, add eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, salt, soda and, baking powder. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture then add oats. Add chips, grated Hershey bar and nuts. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place heaping tsp. on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

Optional - leave out 1/2 cup oats and add 1 cup coconut
