2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. lemon juice
rind of lemon
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
Powered Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter and powdered sugar with beater and press into 9x12" pan. Bake 20 minutes at 325.
Mix eggs, lemon juice and rind. Sift together sugar, flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture. Pour over baked crust, return to oven bake 25 minutes at 325-350. Cut in squares when cool. Sprinkle with powder sugar.
