1 cup Lard --1/2# John Morrell box
3 cups Flour

1 Egg, slightly beaten
5 tablespoons Water room temperature
1 teaspoon Cider Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut lard into flour using a pastry blender until well blended.

Then add remain ingredients. Dough should be tacky but not sticky. Divide dough into 3" balls and roll each on a floured counter to the desired size.

Roll dough immediately-do not refrigerate.
