1 cup Butter or Margarine
1 cup Sugar
1 cup packed Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 cups quick-cooking Oatmeal
2 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
1 cup flaked Coconut

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in the oatmeal, cereal and coconut.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls/cookie scoop 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 7-9 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks.
