3 Eggs
1/3 Cup Sugar
2/3 Cup Margarine or Oil
1/4 Cup Molasses
2 Cups Bran (1 Cup Oat Bran, 1 Cup All Bran)
1 Cup Grated Carrots
1 1/2 Cup Apple Juice
1 Cup Apple Sauce/or Mashed Banana
1 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour (Can substitute 2 Cup White Flour)
1/2 Cup Wheat Germ
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp each of Baking Soda, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cloves and Salt
1 Tbsp. Dry Milk
1/2 Cup Raisin
1/2 Cup Candied Peel

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat eggs, add sugar, oil, molasses, bran, carrots, apple sauce and juice. Stir well. In a med bowl mix flour, wheat germ, soda, baking powder, dry milk, spices, raisins and peel. Add dry ingredients all at once to the egg mixture. Mix only until moist. Bake in a 350F oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
