2 lb hamburger
1 egg
1/2 c. bell pepper (yellow and red)
1 Carrot finely grated
1 can tomato sauce mixed with a couple squirts of bbq sauce
1 c. cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger, egg. Season with seasoning salt, garlic salt, and salt. Add vegetables, crackers and tomato sauce/bbq sauce.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
