3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 mashed ripe bananas

4 Tbsp cream
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening/butter and sugar. Add egg, and bananas. Beat well. Sift and add all dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 350º.

Frosting: Bring to boil first 3 ingredients. Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. If it seems thin, add flour to thicken or if thin, add a small amount of milk ( I find as I am frosting the cookies the frosting becomes thick and sometimes need to add a very small amount of milk to thin).
