3 pkgs. dry yeast
2 cups warm water
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. Salt
2 eggs
6 cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water in large mixing bowl. Stir in salt, shortening, sugar, and eggs. Mix in half of flour. Mix well. Add the rest of flour, mixing well again with electric mixer. Cover and let rose until doubled. Stir down and let rise again. Roll out on floured surface about 1/2-3/4 inches thick. Cut with 3 inch cutter or glass dipped in flour. Place in greased cookie sheets with sides just touching. Set in warm place and let rose until well rounded. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden.
