10 slices bacon
2 pounds hamburger
1/4 cup onion
1 egg
1 cup shredded cheese
3 Tbsp ketchup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Line up raw bacon strips on wax paper. Blend remaining ingredients and form into a long roll the length of the bacon strips. Wrap bacon around hamburger and close each one with a toothpick. Slice between each bacon strip and place each burger on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 30 min. or until done. OR Broil 5 min each side. Makes 10.

I have never made these, but Grandma Carraher used to make them every so often. Bacon makes everything better. Just like chocolate.
