Pastry for two crust pie
3 cups saskatoon berries
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup uncooked minute tapioca
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Line 9" pie plate with pastry.

Combine sugar and tapioca, then blend with the saskatoons. Pour into the pie shell, and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Top with pastry cut in a lattice design.

Bake at 425º for 10 minutes, then 350º for 45 to 50 minutes.
