2 eggs
Pinch of salt
2 T milk
Enough flour to make thick

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together thoroughly. Sprinkle flour on cutting board. Roll out noodles to 1/8 or 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into desired lengths and shapes.
Air dry before cooking.

Best if noodles are cooked in canned beef and broth.
