3 c. chopped beets
1 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. chopped onions
4 c. beet tops
3 large potatoes
2 chopped stalks of rhubarb
1 c. beans
1 c. chopped cabbage
Optional: beef or chicken stalk, ham juice, dill

Directions:
Directions:
Cook all ingredients in large pot. Add 2 c. of water. Cook until carrots and potatoes eldontaor a little bit crisp.
If desired add a tablespoon of sour cream before serving.
