1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup minced onion
1/4 white vinegar
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 pounds pork rids separated

Directions:
Directions:
In medium sauce pan, combine brown sugar, minced onion, vinegar, mustard, celery seed and garlic powder. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved; set aside. Preheat grill and adjust heat for indirect cooking. Place rids on the grill rack over medium heat; cover and grill for 1- 1 1/2 hours or until ribs are tender and no pink remains. Brush occasionally with sauce during the last 15 minutes of grill time.
