2 c. Cold Whole Milk
3/4 c. Sugar
4 Eggs
1/4 c. Melted Butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Bisquick

1 c. Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Blend milk, sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla and bisquick, on medium, for 3 minutes in the blender. Pour mixture into lightly sprayed (cooking spray) pie plate and let set for 5 minutes. Sprinkle 1 cup coconut on top and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. You know it is done when you insert a toothpick into the middle and it comes out clean.

Just for the record.......if your baking one for me you can always leave out the coconut and it becomes a great custard pie! Great Gram has done that for years!! LOL!
