2 Eggs, 1 c Sugar, 1 TBSP Cocoa, 2 TBSP Flour, 1 tsp Vanilla, 3 pats Butter, 1 c Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Sugar, Flour, and Cocoa. Add Egg Yolks (only) and a little milk, stir until smooth. Add remainder of milk and other ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake slow till it is set (doesn't wiggle) and shell is brown.

This is my Grandmother's chocolate pie recipe and there was NEVER any better. Since she did a lot of her cooking on a wood stove with no thermostat; that's why a degree setting isn't mentioned in this recipe. You had one day for baking and you kept peeking to see if it was SET and the shell was BROWN!
