2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 lb. Italian Sausage
2 Eggs
1/4-1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Oregano
2 Tbsp. fresh Parsley
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Pepper
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Marinara Sauce
2 (29 oz) Cans Tomato Puree
1 (29 oz) Can Peeled Plum Tomatoes
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 small Onion, diced
6 Cloves
1 tsp. Basil
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Meatballs:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand
2. Make Large meatballs (size of tennis ball or fist)
3. Put meatballs on metal rack set in tinfoil lined jelly roll pan
4. Broil on High for 12 minutes or until meatballs are browned

Marinara:
1. in large pot, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil
2. Empty plum tomatoes (& juice) into pot and crush with your hands
3. Add rest of ingredients including meatballs; cover and simmer for 3 hours
