1 l de coalhada cozida
1 ½ l de coalhada fresca
1 clara de ovo
1 ½ colher de sopa de farinha de trigo
2 dentes de alho
1 colher de sopa de manteiga
1 ramo de coentro picado
1 xícara de leite para ajustar o ponto da coalhada.
Sal a gosto

Directions:
Passar a coalhada cozida pela peneira e colocar em uma tijela.
Dissolver em um pouco de leite a farinha de trigo.
Em uma panela, acrescentas as coalhadas, a mistura de farinha de trigo e levar ao fogo brando.
Socar o alho com sal e fritar na manteiga juntamente com o coentro picado.
Desejar sobre a mistura das coalhadas já cozidas e deixar ferver por 5 minutos.
Colocar o CHAM?????, deixar em fogo brando até cozinhar.
Ao servir, ajustar a consistência com o restante do leite, sempre mexendo a coalhada.
Servir com arroz branco.
