Huckleberries 4 cups
Sugar 1 3/4 cup
6 T. Cornstarch

Cream Cheese 8 oz.
Vanilla 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 1/3 cup
Eagle Brand Milk 1 can
Graham Cracker shell

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boil huckleberries, sugar and cornstarch. Simmer until thick. Cool a bit.

Mix together cream cheese, vanilla, lemon jc. and eagle brand milk.

Place cheese mixture in a pie shell and then pour on the huckleberry mixture.

Best to keep in the fridge.
