2 Cups Flour
2 sticks Oleo or butter (or 1/2 of each)
1 Egg Yolk
1 Cup Sour Cream

FILLING:
4 Tbl Flour
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Crisco
1/2 Cup Oleo
3 Cups Powdered Sugar
3/4 Cup Marshmallow Cream
1 tsp Vanilla

DOUGH: Mix flour and oleo like pie crust - add egg yolk & work in good. Add sour cream and work to a soft ply. Refrigerate overnight. Roll out thin, like a pie crust. Cut in strips and turn on wooden dowels or old-fashioned clothespins with foil wrapped around them. Place on cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 º for 15 mins. Remove from rods or pins and cool. Fill with filling.

FILLING: Mix flour and milk until smooth. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture thickens. Cool. Cream together Crisco, oleo and powdered sugar until fluffy. Blend in marshmallow cream and vanilla. Stir into milk mixture. Blend well. Fill cookies; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
